LIGHTSHADE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PILLAR 4
We are committed to ending the stigma surrounding cannabis and cannabis consumption. We are also committed to supporting the public health and safety of Coloradoans. As a component of this work, Lightshade has partnered with local and governmental organizations like CDOT to demonstrate that cannabis businesses can be a positive influence within our state. Keeping our community safe is one of the highest priorities at Lightshade and as responsible cannabis consumers it should be a top priority for you too.
Organizations We Are Working With
CDOT – The Cannabis Conversation
In February 2018, CDOT and nearly 20 partners representing the marijuana industry, community nonprofits, universities, local law enforcement and others launched The Cannabis Conversation to talk to Coloradans about your opinions, behaviors and habits related to marijuana and driving. The following is a snapshot of what we’ve learned so far. If you have not already done so, please take the survey — we want to hear from as many people as possible.
Windsor Gardens
Our adult golf community, located just minutes from Denver metro, is made up of almost 3,500 residents. Some are retired, others still work, and all are 55+ active adults. Many are empty-nesters ready to move out of their homes and into a new life. Of course, that means giving up the constant mowing, shoveling, and maintenance…but no one here seems to miss all that.
