Fortunately, Colorado has made the process simple – visit their site for more specifics. Patients interested in becoming medical members submit their application online and typically receive a response within 1-3 days.

*Pro-tip: double-check (or triple-check) your application before hitting the submit button. Applications with mistakes take longer to approve. 

There are a few steps patients must take before submitting their application (from the State of Colorado):

• Check your eligibility.
• Review our State’s tips to submit a successful application.
• Meet with your physician.
• Get the required information together.
• Create an account.

After you’ve completed the steps above you can log-in to your newly created account and complete and submit your application.
