HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CANNABIS ORDER?

All delivery orders must be pre-paid via POSaBit ACH. You can register at pay.posabit.com. (note: there will be a link for the ACH pay embedded in Jane checkout screen. If they are outside of 5 mile radius or do not hit $50 minimum, they cannot complete checkout)

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Visit Lightshade.com and press the ORDER button on the top. From there, you will select either Iliff or Havana (whichever is closer) and choose delivery. You must be within a 5 mile radius and meet our minimum order requirements to qualify for delivery.

CAN MEMBERS OF THE SAME HOUSEHOLD PLACE SEPARATE ORDERS?

Yes. You and your 21+ roommates or family members can place separate orders, but all parties must be present at the time of delivery and must also present a valid government-issued ID.

CAN YOU LEAVE THE ORDER ON MY DOORSTEP?

Nope! You must be home to receive your cannabis delivery and provide your valid government-issued ID.

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOTELS?

At this time, we are unable to deliver to hotels. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CAN I PLACE TWO CANNABIS DELIVERY ORDERS IN ONE DAY?

Nope! Colorado says we can only deliver to YOUR RESIDENCE once per day. There’s always tomorrow!

WHAT DO I NEED TO PRESENT WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?

You must present your valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.

HOW MUCH COLORADO CANNABIS CAN I PURCHASE FOR DELIVERY?

Purchasing limits are the same whether you buy in-store or order delivery from us in Aurora, Colorado. You can buy up to one ounce of cannabis flower or equivalent products.

CAN I SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY FOR A FUTURE DATE?

For now, we are only able to accommodate day-of orders.

CAN I HANG OUT WITH MY DELIVERY DRIVER?

Our drivers are fast and friendly, but no, they can’t smoke with you.
